Golden Workshops as school began with eight great classes and coaching ideas from the author of Gold Lighthouse (2012) Sandeep Patel to be concentrated to just five coaching courses known as STEPS. Each coaching course is to compliment findings of author from advice in stories to common practice in everyday life for every person hoping to make their day shine that little more brighter.

An optional touch typing course can be provided during the term to assess the skills needed to type in today's day and age. Coaching will assist one to reach 100 words per minute without looking at the keyboard.
Empathy: Upon consultation a structure of a working relationship would highlight a person's position in their community.
Education: An archive of knowledge and practice from reliable sources builds the trust needed to analyse risk assessments for an individual.
Real World Time: 1000's of interactions from travels will guarantee saving you 80% effort to relate with social, academic, parental and professional stance.

Theology Coaching
10 Hour Coaching Course
Presenting a miraculous addition to the coaching that can be chosen with the English coaching component. Graduating from a Christian University in South Carolina, the coach is a master of Biblical history and modern Christian movements. From the brilliant coaching opportunity the students would gain the knowledge of Christianity as a faith and their own relationship with God and our Saviour Lord Jesus Christ. During the consultation factors would be presented for you to make the right decision for the coaching of scripture dating as far back to the days of ancient Egypt and what today is known as Israel. The source of knowledge comes from Jewish scholars known as masoretes and the Study Bible, NIV. Present self with a baptism in mind upon your journey.

English Coaching
10 Hours Coaching Course
A specially designed package that includes insightful knowledge and wisdom for learners who want to know the language and literature of English. From the times of the Roman Empire Latin was derived from Greek where now from the movement of the Anglican Church we have the English language. Moving onto the changing times from Generation Alpha, Zee, and Millennial in a shorter space of time than the twenty years before then bringing coach from 1980's multicultural change not only in British culture but also World Literature. Prayer One Coaching
4 Hours Coaching Course
The practice of improving manual dexterity with the hands alone to achieve substantial enhancements in problem solving, structuring activity plans, communicating via body language, focusing on any element in material nature and spiritual thought. Furthermore Prayer One empowers, strengthens and moves prayer with one's own work enhancing human nature, enjoyment and consciousness to themselves and family. An extremely valuable art useful for insecurities and frustrations. This technique taught would allow seekers peace for mind.
Shankar Yoga Coaching
4 Hours Coaching Course

Shankar-Yoga was a practicing art once foretold by use of hands to expand the body and harness massive amounts of energy throughout the entire body. Reduction of body wastes from muscles, organs and blood vessels allows the body to recover and repair after the incredible exercise. The story was a prince and a yoga-master in a kingdom now known as Hastinapur, India, who practiced this treasured yoga to be better in military combat.
Beneficial factors: Improved cardiovascular and respiratory circulation, improved lung capacity and neurological activity, removal of extra lymph and overall stasis of the lymphatic system, a strong digestive system and enhanced muscular-skeletal energy. Saturation of oxygen to blood cells and respiring tissues improve. Body mass index (BMI) increases 4% depending on age as agility, gait, pose, sprint, squat movements regenerates better.
Downsides are purely mechanical, exhaustion, dehydration and possibly congestion on expelling waste through mouth and nose. Therefore tools such as drinks, towels, sweatbands, wooden lolly-sticks, scarfs, cushions yoga mats, and water (1 liter x 4 daily) to maintain the aim of the yoga's purpose.
