E-Commerce & Payment Terms

 

• Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed through Stripe, PayPal, and credit cards, and debit cards and processed under a verified business account.

• Currency & Taxes: The currency of Great British Pound, GBP reflects charge and sales taxes will be calculated at checkout based on the buyer's location.

Deliverables & Refund Policies

• Physical Books: Shipping turnaround times are from 3 - 5 business days nationally, and 7-10 business days internationally. Missing package policies are counted on immediate full refund or replacement, where thereafter be an investigation of missing property, with any involvements at the company's discretion. A return window is accepted with 14 days if undamaged.

• PDFs & Digital Downloads: The digital products are delivered instantly via email or an on-screen link. There is no-refund policy for digital downloads once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

• Coaching Services: Scheduling is dependent on the booking system during the week. During the consultation phase suited bookings would be recorded, typically from 8:00 - 22:00 weekdays, and 10:00 - 8:00 weekends. Cancellation of the 30 min consultation would require a £25 cost to re-book as for admin and loss of time fees. Cancellations of any booking must be made 24 hours in advance or the session is fortified. The expiration policy of any course offered is undefined. Depending on circumstances a 100% refund is available within the first two hours of a course where thereafter the course can be taken one extra time without additional cost to the consumer.

 

 Intellectual Property & Lead Generation

• Copyright Notice: All books, PDFs, free lead magnets, and coaching materials are the intellectual property of Gold Lighthouse Foundation, Sandeep Patel and are for personal, non-commercial use only (no resale or redistribution).

• Free Downloads (Lead Magnets): Opting in to receive a free document, users agree to be added to your marketing email list, which one can opt-out of at any time.

• Identification and Data Protection: Under the guidelines of UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 all personal information would be stored securely and disposed of after 12 months if communication has ceased. Initially first name and last name is required from identification and communication purposes as well as an email address. Thereafter dependent on a coaching course more details would be required as bio-metrics, medical history, ambitions and social interactions, education and confidential information.
